I am Cristina Bila and I am the Proprietor of MCB Investments and Avon Care Homes Ltd. I launched the business in 1995 with my first care home in Pembrokeshire. Since then I have been very privileged to implement my vision of care with the purchase of other homes.

Avon Care Homes ethos is based on core values and principles which aim to respect the individuals who choose to reside in the Homes

I have created individually styled homees which are all very luxurious and unique and I am completely committed and passionate about the business built.

Bybrook House is close to the village of Box Set in the beautiful Avon Valley, only four miles from the historic city of Bath.

Pondsmead is a stunning country mansion situated in beautiful gardens in the lovely village of Oakhill, within easy access of Bath, Frome and Wells.

South Cary House is situated in the beautiful historic market town of Castle Cary. The Grade 11 listed Georgian house is set in its own grounds of approximately one acre.

Sutton Veny House is a Nursing Home in Warminster, set in a wonderful rural location with outstanding beauty and breathtaking surroundings.

The Wells Nursing Home is situated in Somerset, just a few miles from the beautiful city of Wells, England’s smallest city at the foot of The Mendip Hills.

In 2024, I am thrilled to share the news of the successful sale of Williamston Nursing Home, marking a significant milestone in my journey.

My time at Williamston was not only a valuable experience but also a testament to the dedication and hard work that went into making it one of the top 20 nursing homes in Wales. I am incredibly proud of the accomplishments we achieved during my ownership.
